There are various bus and tram routes that pass very close by, including lines 2, 5, 12, and 17. Amsterdam Central Station is also within easy cycling distance.
Travelling by car, you can be on the A10 Ring Road in a matter of minutes (junctions S105 and S106). Street parking is available with a permit (the current waiting time is five months for those currently not in possession of a permit for elsewhere in the city). Owners of electric cars are given priority, subject to certain conditions.

OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION
The owners’ association consists of seven members and is managed professionally by VvE NL. The current service charges are €108.75 per month. There is a long-term maintenance plan in place and the owners’ association is registered with the Chamber of Commerce.
