The true value of your property

Real estate valuations require a combination of valuation methods, market knowledge and experience.

A report drawn up and signed by a Registered Estate Agent Valuator will be accepted by every financial institution and is even a requirement in most cases. The experts at DAMSTAD are certified as agents and appraisers by the Dutch Register of Real Estate Appraisers (NRVT), member of the NVM and affiliated with the Dutch Housing Value Institute (NWWI).

Valuation report of your property

You will need a valuation report to apply for financing when you buy a house in the Netherlands. A valuation is meant to give insight into the true value of a property. To determine this value, location, state of repair and marketability are of great importance. We base ourselves primarily on object comparison and experience to arrive at a value, and we do extensive research into the more specific aspects of the object. To this end, we consult the Land Registry, the Environmental Department, the Building & Housing Department of the municipality, the chairman and administrator of the VvE, and others.
