LOCATION
The apartment is located in the Dapperbuurt neighbourhood, a popular and lively part of Amsterdam. It is just around the corner from Oosterpark, the daily Dappermarkt (market), and the shops on Eerste van Swindenstraat and Javastraat, including numerous specialist outlets and charming boutiques. From this highly sought-after spot, all the pleasures that Amsterdam has to offer are within very easy reach.

Local roads bring you quickly and conveniently to the A10 Ring Road. The A1 and A2 motorways are also easy to reach, via junction S113 on the A10 Ring Road. There are plenty of local public transport links as well. Tram routes 1, 3, 7, 14, and 19 are within easy walking distance, as is Muiderpoort station, while the Amstel train station is just a short cycle ride away.

OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION
The owners’ association has 60 members and is managed professionally by Holland Huis. The current service charges are €105.31 per month. There is a long-term maintenance plan in place and the owners’ association is registered with the Chamber of Commerce.

LEASEHOLD
The apartment is on municipal leasehold land, the ground rent for which has been paid until 31 July 2052. The vendor has set the ground rent with ‘favourable conditions’ at a fixed annual sum, currently valued at €527.43 (index linked every year), to take effect from 1 August 2052. The 2016 General Provisions on perpetual leases apply.
