LOCATION

OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION
The owners’ association has three members and is managed internally. The current service charges are €77.41 per month. The owners’ association is registered with the Chamber of Commerce (there is no long-term maintenance plan in operation).

LEASEHOLD
The apartment is on municipal leasehold land, the present period of which runs until 15 September 2060; the current annual ground rent is €1379.39.
