Hooftstraat, Cornelis Schuytstraat and last but not least the Vondelpark are just a few minutes walk away. The neighbourhood itself has plenty of terraces, lunch cafes and restaurants. All amenities such as well known schools and public transport (various tramlines and bus connections) are within walking distance of the house. In the Lairessestraat itself is no active tram line anymore since the construction of the North-South line.
OWNERS' ASSOCIATION
The association consists of 4 members and is managed by its members. The current service costs are €100,- per month. There is no multi-year maintenance plan (MJOP) and the VvE is registered with the Chamber of Commerce.
LEASEHOLD
The flat stands on municipal leasehold land, the canon of which amounts to € 1.607,66 per year.
The current term runs until 30 April 2041. The general provisions for perpetual ground lease 1994 apply. The seller did apply for the transition to perpetual ground lease under favourable conditions.
