The area is also easy to reach by car from the A10 Ring Road (junction S114 (Zeeburg/IJburg)).

The Owners’ Association consists of 52 members and is professionally managed by Loeffen VvE Beheer. The current service charges are € 94,95,- per month. The owners’ association has recently been established and a long-term maintenance plan is due to be drawn up. The association is registered with the Chamber of Commerce.
